Solarin’s most advanced remote monitoring and controlled system (RMCS) is a chip in every power plant that acts as a 24X7 on site virtual engineer. It communicates with Solarin’s Command centre every few minutes and send its performance details. In case of a problem or a likely problem it sends an alert message to the command centre where they take a quick action. In most cases we are able to solve the problem remotely. In a rare chance if there is a problem which requires onsite service Solarin’s highly trained service engineers are dispatched to the site quickly so that our customers get non-stop power all the time.
