Our Objective The objectives of the PVST are as follows: Production of solar modules for catering the needs of the customers. Undertaking research and development in order to make solar modules more efficient, cost effective, reliable and durable. Our Key Competencies In PVST, we do things differently. Our solar manufacturing facility in Lahore is the manifestation of our mission. Our state of the art, ISO 9001: 2008 certified, solar module and system assembly facility is characterized by efficient, effective and most economical infrastructure. This is one of the reasons why our solar products are of highest quality with lowest cost. With our total quality management practices and process efficiency the quality and productivity of the solar panels is assured. Our Production Techniques Solar Cell Sorter We have inbuilt facility to sort Solar Cells according to their IV Curve. Therefore, the solar string is produced with the cells that are 100% sorted and quality checked before soldering, thereby, compatibility of the cells in strings is assured. This makes our solar panels produce sustainable production. Sun Simulator The solar modules are quality checked through our state of the art sun simulator machine for meeting the rated power with least deviation. In this way optimal quality of our solar panel is maintained. This incorporates reliability and efficiency in our solar panels; making it suitable for home applications as well as for large scale commercial applications. Framing We use cutting edge technology for aluminium framing of our solar module. Moreover, the corner locking technique through aluminium corners furnishes our modules with more strength to bear the air pressure and strengthens the glass for encountering the hails of size up to 25mm. Our quality framing incorporates the feature of durability in our solar modules.
