THE FLATTER THE MORE PERFORMANCE!
The FORMSOL 160P PV mounting system has been specially developed for flat roofs with gravel. The goal is optimal utilization of the roof area and high aesthetic standards for the integration of the photovoltaic system. The angle of inclination of the solar modules is 5°, which means that the distance between rows can be chosen correspondingly small. This leads to a very large energy yield per roof area, with a higher specific yield than with an east/west orientation.
The FORMSOL 160P elements made of recycled PE are laid overlapping on the roof membrane. This assembly feature allows the substructure to be laid quickly and easily on the flat roof without measuring. In the edge area, half elements absorb the stronger wind forces in this area.
The FORMSOL 160P elements are then weighed down with gravel or garden slabs to guarantee stability.
The aluminum profiles are attached to the FORMSOL 160P elements using self-tapping screws without special tools. The solar modules are then fixed with module clamps at the lateral ¼ fixing points. The string cables can be easily and securely attached to the mounting rail with clips.
