As a producer of high-quality photovoltaic modules with quality "Made in Austria" we are the market leader in Austria, but also sell our modules throughout Europe. We are "THE PIONEER" for photovoltaic and solar thermal energy. However, this name is not entirely undeserved. Twentyseven years ago, we dealt with the subject of energy efficiency and constantly worked on the optimization of our solar systems. Our story started in 1991. At that time, Peter Prasser, managing director of KIOTO SOLAR & Robert Kanduth, managing director of GREENoneTEC worked together on the production of the first solar collectors. What began in a garage at that time quickly became a growing business. New business areas such as the development and production of freshwater & stratified charge modules were added. In 2005, KIOTO SOLAR started with the production of photovoltaic modules. Since that time, around 1,600 modules leave our production every day.
