Business Scope Its scope of business includes: development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic crystalline silicon, crystalline silicon wafers, green solar photovoltaic cells, high-performance solar cell modules, and off-grid and on-grid photovoltaic systems, and front-end fields such as photovoltaic power generation energy storage. R&D The Company gives priority to cultivation of R&D technical talents, has established Jiangsu Provincial Research Center for Photovoltaic Technology System Engineering, and has made breakthroughs in many professional technical fields, awarded as a hi-tech enterprise of Jiangsu Province. It has conducted many researches into the improvement of cell efficiency and module power generation output, and applied for many patents, including the low stress solar module and its manufacture method, the sealing and encapsulation structure of lamination pieces and frames, the connection structure of outgoing line of encapsulation junction box, and a PID-resistant module and its manufacture method. Manufacture A full set of solar photovoltaic module production lines with the international advanced level has been introduced: it has laid a solid foundation for reliable quality of photovoltaic modules by purchasing superior raw materials, automatic welding of cells, standardization of operational management, advanced encapsulation technology, and dust-free smart workshop production. Each cell is controlled from its source and is strictly selected to control color difference and quality. Three EL detection sets are equipped for the entire manufacture process to ensure no quality hazards like any hidden crack, color difference or adhesive failure exist; Runda PV modules regularly undergo detection by third party labs to ensure stability of output power. Sales Since founded, the Company has been dedicated to providing clients with solar photovoltaic modules of high price/performance ratio, and has gained extensive trust from European and Japanese clients. The Company has acquired the following certifications for different markets: qualification certifications such as TUV, MCS, CEC, BSI, J-PEC, JET, and INMETRO. Marketing teams in English, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese languages have also been built. The Company has established its Bulgaria firm and Poland firm to deeply develop its European market. Runda enthusiastically participates in overseas exhibitions each year to showcase the strength of Runda brand to clients, and has successfully set up an overseas warehouse in the Port of Rotterdam in Europe to satisfy clients’ needs for rapid delivery. Engineering Project For achieving group-style operation and offering clients diversified energy services, the Company established a subsidiary – Jiangsu Runda New Energy Power Co., Ltd in 2017. It provides complete total solutions to and general contracting for photovoltaic power generation projects, has the ability of general contracting of design, procurement, construction management, commissioning, grid interconnection, operation and maintenance of power stations, and has established normalized and standardized project management systems and operation mechanisms. Adhere to clients’ demands as the top priority, the Company offers clients with more professional electric power operation and maintenance services through overall and smart operation and maintenance means, and also provides overall comprehensive energy services, including customized operation and maintenance services, professional energy saving services, expanded electricity grid-distribution services, and micro-grid services.
