In August, 2010, Dongguan Hosowell Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Dalang, Dongguan, specialized in laptop batteries, AC adapters and power banks. n October, 2012, Shenzhen Hosowell Trading Co., Ltd. was established in Futian, Shenzhen. The turnover of export was increasingsteadily. n May, 2017, Dongguan Density New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, concentrating on R&D, manufacturing and sales of cylindrical 18650 lithium-ion cells. In November, 2018, Hunan Max New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Youngzhou, Hunan, being the largest laptop battery manufacturer there. In July, 2019, Dongguan Density New Energy Co., Ltd. was enlarged to invest in R&D and manufacturing of polymer cells. In December, 2020, Guizhou Density Battery Co., Ltd. was established to full accelerate the R&D and expand production of cylindrical 18650 lithium-ion battery and li-polymer battery.
