AIONRISE is a solar company that was founded in 2016 with the goal of creating advanced photovoltaic and battery energy storage products and services. In 2019, we launched a fully automated solar panel manufacturing facility in Georgia, in collaboration with Swiss and German technology providers and private investors. Our manufacturing facility was certified by TUV Rheinland in 2020, ensuring that our products meet international standards, including UL and IEC, and enabling us to supply our products to markets in the US and EU. In 2021, we completed a merger and acquisition with Mission Gate, a global venture capital firm based in the US, which made us the majority shareholder of the manufacturing facility in Georgia. Mission Gate invests in companies that use differentiated technology and scalable business models to drive innovation. AIONRISE takes pride in being a member of the UN Global Compact and is fully committed to following its Ten Principles, which establish responsible business practices to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. We ensure that all our suppliers follow applicable laws and international regulations related to creating a safe work environment, preventing discrimination in employment, avoiding forced labor and child labor, promoting anti-corruption measures, protecting the environment, and preventing human rights abuses. As part of our commitment to promoting a sustainable future, AIONRISE has joined several organizations, including the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), Joint Forces for Solar, and the International Battery and Storage Alliance (IBESA).
