Tesla Announces the Model X
Green Chip Stocks
Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA) never lets me down.
First they knocked my socks off with the Tesla Roadster.
Proving to the world that electric cars were no longer “glorified golf carts,” Tesla delivered an all-electric sports car called the Roadster. And it can take you from zero to 60 in 3.7seconds.
After the Roadster impressed, Tesla unveiled the Model S. This electric sedan has upped the ante for auto makers, and quite frankly, set a new standard for design and efficiency.
And yesterday, Tesla unveiled its new Model X.
The Model X offers an SUV-style body, but not a typical SUV-style fuel economy. The Model X will give you up to 270 miles on a single charge, and still take you from 0 to 60 faster than a Porsche 911.
