SunLink Acquires Blue Oak PV Products

SunLink Corp., a provider ofcommercial photovoltaic mounting solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire Blue Oak PV Products LLC, the manufacturer of HomeRun solarcombiner boxes and disconnecting combiner boxes.
SunLink will now provide combiner boxes, in addition to its flagship commercialroof-mount system and ground-mount system. Blue Oak Energy, the PVsystem design and engineering firm, was not affected by thisacquisition, the companies note.
