Solar powered mobile unit Solar powered mobile help unit for SOS during natural disastersThe sun is indeed regaining its power as the lord of mankind. The ScottCounty Emergency Management Agency has announced a solar powered mobileunit created by Mike Soellner that can be used to help save livesduring natural disasters like earthquakes and storms. They explainedthat this unit is also much more efficient than other help units asthis one need is a self supporting source. What happens is, this unitis plugged in, the panels are unfolded and as soon as it is daylight itstarts charging. The panels convert the solar energy to electricalenergy and the batteries store the energy.

This solar powered unit can be set up inside your housebut the cost might give you a small cardiac shock. It costs about$16,000 and profits can be seen in a long term span. If you have thepatience and the money, then this is a good idea.
