PSEG Solar Source, juwi solar Plan Three Large-Scale Solar Projects

PSEG Solar Source says it has completed its acquisition of two utility-scale solar projects from juwi solar Inc.
Theprojects will be located in Florida and Ohio. PSEG is also developing athird solar project, which will be located in New Jersey. The threeprojects will all be completed by the end of 2010 and will have a totalcapacity of 30 MW.
Under an agreement, juwi solar Inc. willprovide the engineering, procurement, construction, and initialoperation and maintenance services for the projects, which will beowned by PSEG Solar Source.
