SOLARCON India 2010 will be held in India in the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) between Jul 28-30, 2010.
Last
year’s first solar/PV event – SOLARCON India 2009 – was an
international-class exposition and conference held in Hyderabad which
drew a record number of exhibitors and participants from India and
abroad drawn from industry, government, academia and end users. That
event, supported by the Government of India and Government of Andhra
Pradesh, attracted wide media coverage across the national press,
business journals and television.
Building on last year’s
successful show in Hyderabad, SOLARCON India 2010 will continue the
global excellence of the SOLARCON shows in Korea, China, and Singapore
to present the leading conference for the photovoltaics industry in
India.
SOLARCON India 2010 will focus on the recently launched
National Solar Mission (NSM), which has set an ambitious target of
20,000 megawatts (MW) of solar generated power by 2022 and aims at
establishing India as a global leader in solar energy.
The
conference will provide a platform for all the stakeholders to come
together to discuss challenges as well as opportunities in implementing
the NSM. This will also provide an in-depth view of the India PV market
and help connect Indian and global business/technology leaders.
SEMI
PV Group recognizes the opportunities and presents SOLARCON India 2010
to facilitate collaboration, market growth, and efficient technology
advancement.
SOLARCON India 2010
SOLARCON India is organized
by PV Group, which is an initiative of SEMI, the global association for
the semiconductor and photovoltaics industry.
SOLARCON returns to India on Jul. 28-30, 2010
