KDDI has announcedthat the company is planning to launch a new cellphone, which will notonly generate solar energy with built-in solar panels but will alsoallow you to keep talking while having a shower. The new solar poweredcellphone would initially be available in Japan, with a global releaseto follow.

The cellphone, expected todebut in June, will make use of the waterproof solar panels developedby Sharp and would be able to give up to 1 minute of communication forevery ten minutes of solar charge.
