GetRealList

I am an energy analyst, journalist, consultant, and investor. I have written two books on investing and energy: Profit from the Peak and Investing in Renewable Energy, both of which were published in 2008. I consult and lecture on energy investing and policy, and write weekly for the newsletter Energy and Capital.
Since 2001, I have written over 700 blog posts on GetRealList. Also see my media appearances and presentations and lectures.
In addition to my careers in energy journalism and software, I have worn many other hats, including solar PV system designer. You could say I’m an autodidactic polymath. For more on my work history, see my summary resume and complete chronological resume.
